perfect service and great amenities

Check-in was quick and the welcome felt very personal. the room had super clean surfaces and the beds provided really good comfort. cocktails on the terrace were amazing. The space provides views of the river. it takes only six minutes to walk straight to the shopping in the city center.
The room i was in was close to another one where people were loud during the night. It was hard to sleep because the walls seemed thin.

I booked a king beautiful room, but it felt VERY dated. The bathroom grout was filthy, and there was white silicone EVERYWHERE. I received an email about this the day before i arrived. This was not helpful at ALL.

i stayed in a classic room 2 double beds. the room was clean and everything was in good condition. breakfast had a really excellent selection of fresh fruit and baked goods.
i was given a room specially adapted for a wheelchair user. i hadn't requested a room for additional needs. reception made a fuss about my river facing room, but the view was of a concrete gable end.
